Inspect API response headers with curl
Print response headers without downloading a large response body.
Use -I for a HEAD request when the endpoint supports it. To inspect headers from a regular GET response, discard the body:
curl -sS -D - -o /dev/null https://api.example.com/health
Check the status line, cache headers, content type, and any retry or rate-limit headers before changing client code.
Review commands and snippets before using them in your environment. Examples are not executed by LeafDeft.
